I was born in Toronto, Canada, and raised in Japan. My path was not conventional: I left high school, continued learning, went on to university, earned an MBA, and built a career in multinational companies.
Across nearly 20 years in supply chain, operations, and business transformation, I have learned that even the best strategy or system cannot create meaningful change without people.
Cypher Holdings brings that belief to life through two businesses: Cypher Academy, focused on individual growth, and Cypher for Business, focused on transformation execution.
My hope is to help more people discover their potential and create more possibilities for their future.
